As part of our commitment to expanding membership, enhancing member value, and strengthening engagement, and in response to the productive discussions held at the Annual Conference in Ottawa on April 8 - 9, 2025, the AAAC Board of Directors has established three key operational committees—and we’re actively seeking passionate volunteers to join us.

This is your opportunity to play a vital role in shaping the direction of the AAAC while making meaningful contributions to our professional community.

Program Committee

Help shape the intellectual heartbeat of the AAAC. This committee is responsible for curating high-quality content by recruiting speakers for our annual conference and facilitating thought-provoking discussions through ongoing virtual member forums. If you have a passion for programming, content, or community-building, this is the place for you.

Recruitment Committee

Drive the growth and diversity of the AAAC. This committee focuses on expanding our membership by reconnecting with past members and identifying prospective new ones. Ideal for individuals who thrive in outreach, relationship-building, or marketing, your efforts here will help ensure the continued vitality of our organization.

Member Services Committee

Make membership more rewarding. This committee is charged with enhancing the AAAC experience by refining and promoting the tangible benefits of membership. If you have ideas for improving member benefits, engagement, retention, or perks, your insights will be invaluable here.
